Very Nice Product, Includes all needed hardware and hardware for the needed skirt kit, Why they don't sell both in one kit I Don't know. Very Stout kit mounts on the Superduty where your tow hooks are and then has a place to put your tow hooks, bad thing is you loose your factory fog lights,
