The instructions were self explanatory and once we got everything where it needed to be, the winch worked great! The only problem we had, was putting the hook on the end of the cable. We had to grind out the the hook so the pin would fit all the way through with the cable on. Other than that, it seems to be good quality and if we put a protection shroud over the winch, it should last for a long time.
