Wheels and wheel rods are too fragile to called "commercial". We loaded it with less than 30-40 lbs. stuff, well below suggested weight, and the wheels simply gave in. It's rolling now unbalnced with two high wheels and two low wheels. Disappointed at Rubbermaid quality.

The cart arrived early, as usual, was simple to assemble, and has been getting its' workout everyday...great design, love the heavy duty capacity. Just wish it would have an otion of two wheels that did not rotate...sometimes it is easier to steer a cart with two straight wheels and two swivel wheels.
