The plate looks good, is heavy duty and bolts right up without modifications. The only negative I have seen is that when under a HEAVY load, it does have some flex and will jump slightly. I know that flex is preferable to breakage and I'm sure they figured that into it when they built it. It just seems like it should have less flex. So far I can't see that it hurts anything but I wondered in the beginning if it would matter to the bearing surfaces. Like I said, so far it hasn't hurt anything. I'd buy again.

Nice solid design, fit my 8274 perfectly and mounted the Jeep right. Had some good pulls and has held up great. The coating seems to be holding up well too.
