Agri-Fab cart arrived today "early". Shipper was to deliver after 3 pm but showed up unanounced at 1 pm. Box was destroyed. Had been taped extensively. Opened before I signed receipt. Shipper wanted to leave me with a pallet to dispose of as well. There were boot prints and scrapes inside box like someone had stomped a hole in the box. Luckily Agri-Fab product was tough enough to withstand a disgruntled employee. After inspecting the heft of the parts I don't see how anyone could damage this product unless it was terribily abused. That 1 inch solid steel axle is impressive. My only concerns of the cart were it does not come with the orange railings pictured and the terrible smell of the chinese rubber tires. Wife won't let me keep my new purchase in the garage due to the stink. Again great product but poor shipping!

I've owned this cart for two years. In that span, both wheels have fallen off (!), the tongue has bent in half (!), and the bed of the cart has torn off. This is after I permanently disabled the poorly engineered, cheap "dumping" mechanism that has a nasty habit of dumping as you pull it from one destination to the other (it's a notched piece of steel attached to a spring - no lock or latching system). I used a bolt to accomplish this. I have used it to haul yard waste and small logs (never piled over the top). I have had to add reinforcing plates where the cart bed attaches to the frame, as the flimsy, low strength plastic bed has no reinforcement for the bolt holes. I had to add steel flat bar to the tongue after I pounded it back straight. Both wheels easily sheared the flimsy light gauge cotter pins that keep them from sliding off the axle - those have been replaced with bolts. Need I go on? DON'T BUY THIS!!
