I considered several less expensive pallet trucks, but decided to go with the Jet PTX-2048. This is a very well made product, with excellent finish work and very smooth operation. I use it to move attachments to my tractor, and have built a set of custom pallets. The PTX-2048 handles these loads with ease. Assembly was straightforward, and I received it with free shipping in four days from date of order, which was amazing since it had to come by motor freight carrier from TN. It appears to be made in the USA and is a solid, well-crafted product.My colleagues at work are laughing about the mix of products I buy at Amazon ... they think my suggestions for what I might like are probably quite eclectic, which they are.
