I was extremely excited to have learned about this product through a friend. I have an Iphone 4S and was pleased to see that it was supported with my phone. I immediately ordered it! Upon arrival, I found it pretty easy to setup, despite some account activation issues online. I will say, that I spoke with someone in Technical Support who was really helpful to me on a few occasions.After all was said and done, and I was actually using the item the first day, it seemed to work just fine, UNTIL I got home later on that afternoon. Once I loaded the application, it stated I was "OUT OF BLUETOOTH RANGE" which really concerned me as I was literally on top of my garage door! What I did was look at the Bluetooth Devices under Settings and noticed that the device was "NOT CONNECTED" so I connected it and it worked just fine again...I decided to call the technician back that I spoke with earlier that AM, and he confirmed to me that this was a problem with ONLY IPHONES, in that "Apple will not allow them to hold a connection to Bluetooth as of now"Quite honestly, I wish this was a disclaimer somewhere, because if you have to enable the Bluetooth every single time FIRST, then Launch the application, THEN press the OPERATE button.... I was better off with a regular remote opener.... I also wasted a year subscription in my opinion since I will likely not even use it now.....Anyway - if you have an IPHONE, you really should consider this, it was very frustrating to me. If you have any other device, apparently you will be just fine.

I bought this product for the purpose of being able to send a digital key to my family, friends, cleaner's, and contractor when I'm not able to be home to let them in. It took about 15 minutes to install the device to my garage door operator, and about 2 minutes to download the free application on to my smartphone and pair it using bluetooth with the device. I've already experienced this product saving me 4 hours of time! It's true, comcast came to install new cable to my home and I wasn't able to make the 4 hour time window so I sent the contractor a digital key to my garage and they were able to begin performing the work while I was gone! I think that this is a great idea. However it's completely useless to us. It's been several months and the company has been unable to provide an app which doesn't crash on the Nexus 4s that my wife and I have.
