I have the 21' Vulcan Ladder. This is an up and coming brand and from what I know, superior to the Werner Cosco ladders. It has welded aluminum rungs unlike the Werner which has only two rivets on each rung (each side). Over time the rivets could loosen, but the welds on the Vulcan will not.

This ladder was just what i needed to get the job done. Very easy to use but a little difficult in tight spots.For jobs around the house where a ladder is needed the Vulcan does everything stated. I would highlyrecommend this product.
