First off for the price I paid for this Michigan climb-pro aluminum ladder I cannot complain. It's a good quality, sturdy, affordable ladder. It can be set into 10+ different Patterns in order to get the job done. There is no better ladder when it come to positioning yourself in a staircase. The only issue I had, because it is aluminum the stabilizers must be put on immediately. Mine had damage feet where the stabilizers are mounted because it was dropped hard during transport. It was an easy fix as I reinforced with metal mount brackets and got a partial refund for receiving a damaged ladder. I rated this 4 stars because of the damaged feet, it should be more durable. If the stabilizers were attached it wouldn't havebeen damaged. Or if something else was placed where the stabilizers mount during shipping it also would be more reinforced and withstand a greater impact. Enjoy your ladder.
