What can I say, it's a pulley. Out-of-sight behind a fully-enclosed guard, it's the drive pulley on a Delta sander with a 1.5 HP 1725 RPM motor, and works perfectly. Belt sits at the proper height in the groove, it's perfectly true, fits the motor shaft perfectly with a perfectly cut keyway, and has a nice finish. I can confidently forget all about it. No question it will last the life of the machine. It's exactly the right size and I couldn't be happier with it.
