It would not fit because it did not look the the picture. It was the reversed from what the pictue was showing.

This Draft Induction Motor arrived quickly and was exactly what I needed to replace my old one and get my furnace working properly again. The company that I originally called quoted me nearly $600 to make the repair. Sorry - no thanks. I bought this from Amazon for under $140, and six screws and two wire connections later the repair was done. Piece of cake, and I saved abour $450...The previous reviewer is correct - the picture is reversed. I will post a picture of the unit I received to show how it actually looks. FASCO has an easy-to-use catalog on their website that can help a do-it-yourselfer cross reference an older OEM motor to their current models - it was easy and worked out perfectly for me.
